On May 11th, 2022 we met our favorite NYC Urban Explorer & Historian Christopher D. Todd. In the meeting we learned about his mission to visit NYC 1,700 Public Parks in alphabetical order, and his plans to identify the historical significance of each park. As Neighborhood Narrators we couldn't miss out on the opportunity to learn more about our city and the history that has molded us all. Our mutual interest in NYC parks and its history encouraged us create a collaborative space to share what we've learned together so we came up with "We Love Parks".

Being the quintessential park of the borough of Queens. It has great historical significance with being the site of two World Fairs. One in 1939, and the other in 1964. This park has all the amenities and attractions that both Central Park and Prospect Park has. However, it also has more (ie; stadiums, a hall of sciences, and mini golf.)
